Fiserv Offers ElectronicClosing

BROOKFIELD, Wis. - (10/26/05) -- Fiserv said Tuesday its FiservLending Solutions unit is now offering electronic documents andsignatures and closing automation through its UniFi PRO Mortgage eXloan origination system. UniFi PRO will allow lenders toelectronically present loan documents directly to borrowers andclosing agents via a secure web site and offer borrowers the optionto electronically sign their loan documents online. The UniFi Prooption will not require e-signatures, but help lenders retainborrowers who prefer using ink to paper.
