CHANTILLY, Va. – John Dorman, the former CEO of Digital Insight, has been named interim CEO of Online Resources Corp.
Dorman, co-chair of the company’s board of directors, will succeed Raymond Crosier, who had been serving as interim CEO since December’s departure of company founder and chief Matthew Lawlor. Crosier has resigned from the company, effective immediately, to pursue other interests, the company announced yesterday.
The company also announced a restructuring that includes the merger of its community bank and credit union division and large bank and partnership bill pay division into a new banking services group; and the centralization of its technology and operations functions for banking and eCommerce into new enterprise-wide organizations.
Online Resources expects to incur expenses of approximately $1.3 million in the second quarter related to the restructuring.
