CHICAGO - (01/28/05) -- The Tax Counseling Project, whichhelps low- and moderate-income working families file for the EarnedIncome Tax Credit, will offer free tax preparation services at 16area sites, including several credit unions, beginning Saturday.The service is for working families with household incomes of lessthan $36,000 and individuals earning less than $15,000. Among theparticipants are: North Side FCU, South Side Community FCU andseveral banks.
