FSCC Partners Up With FMSI

ATLANTA - Financial Service Centers Cooperative, Inc. (FSCC), announced a strategic partnership with Atlanta-based Financial Management Solutions, Inc. (FMSI) to offer CUs a powerful suite of branch performance tools.

The preferred arrangement will offer CUs of FSCC, access to FMSI's solutions for branch performance management information and scheduling.

These tools are designed to improve service, reduce operating costs and increase credit union profitability by targeting non-interest operating expenses.

According to a March 2007 FMSI survey, branch teller transaction volume has declined 19.1% over the past five years while teller salary rates have increased by 18.9%.
