Global Axcess Builds ATMNetwork

PONTE VEDRA, Fla. - (10/06/04) -- Global Axcess Corp. said itcompleted two deals announced earlier, adding 880 ATMs to itsfledgling fleet, giving it management over almost 3,400 ATMsnationwide. The company paid almost $8 million for the two deals,but refused to disclose who the machines were purchased from.Global Axcess provides a co-branding program for credit unions andcommunity banks through its Nationwide Money Servicessubsidiary.
