Golden Plains CU Adds TRC Interactive For Online Training

GARDEN CITY, Kan. Golden Plains CU has selected TRC Interactive to provide it with online instruction through CreditUnionTrainingOnline for its employees.

The $400-million credit union will have full use of Training Central, the training program’s Learning Management System.

CreditUnionTrainingOnline is TRC Interactive’s online library of customized training courses for credit unions. The company said the training courses incorporate the institution’s terminology and logo, giving it the look and feel of its very own training program. Subscribers have the opportunity to access online courses such as sales, teller, compliance, member service, lending and management. Study guides for each course, as well as free tech support and other facilitator course materials, are provided.
