Graham Named As New CEO At SunCorp

SunCorp has named former Kinecta FCU President Thomas Graham as its new CEO. Graham fills a vacancy created by the departure of Eric Kenealy, who was let go by SunCorp. Graham has a 25-year history in credit unions, including seven years as CEO of the $3-billion Manhattan Beach, Calif.-based Kinecta FCU, which is slightly larger than the $2.5-billion SunCorp. He also previously held positions with Ohio League Corporate Credit Union (now Corporate One) and for a short period was acting president of the Ohio league.

In addition, Graham has held positions on the board of CUNA Mutual, WesCorp, Financial Services Center Cooperative and other groups. Mark Schieffer, who had been acting as interim CEO since May, will resume his role as Senior VP/CIO.
