NORWALK, Conn. – Greater Norwalk Area CU told its members in a special meeting this week it is planning to merge into Mutual Security FCU, a $200-million credit union in nearby Wilton, Conn.
Plans call for the much larger credit union to keep the current employees of $21-million Greater Norwalk credit union, which serves 3,500 members.
