Greenbelt Federal Credit Union launches CEO search

Greenbelt Federal Credit Union in Maryland has hired an executive search firm to find a new CEO.

Marcus Cotton, executive vice president at Credit Union Resources, is leading the CEO search, according to a press release on Friday. The credit union is looking for a CEO “with a history of strong leadership skills and executive-level experience at a financial institution,” according to the release.

Cynthia Comproni, Greenbelt's current CEO, plans to retire soon, according to a spokesman.

The $32 million-asset credit union provides loans, savings accounts and other financial products to its more than 2,800 members.
