TAMPA, Fla. – GTE FCU announced yesterday it has signed with PSCU Financial Services to convert to PSCU’s eBanking platform, which offers integrated online, mobile and voice channels.

The $1.5 billion credit union also is implementing PSCU Financial Services’ popular PayLynx online bill payment solution.

PSCU said the eBanking platform’s software, powered by Q2, allows each credit union to customize the solution based on the needs of its membership. Content can be customized by member segment, meaning different groups see specialized graphics and promotions.

In addition to standard online banking features, including access to account balances, transaction history, transfers, account alerts and stop payments, PSCU Financial Services said its eBanking offers state-of-the-art functionality across all delivery channels, including voice, mobile and online banking. The cooperative said it is the first in the industry to offer real-time fraud monitoring that protects both the credit union and member. Its new risk and fraud analytics track behavior of the user to prevent fraud before it occurs.
