Harte-Hanks Introduces New Web-Based CRM Just For CUs

Harte-Hanks Inc. said it has introduced a new web-based customer relationship management (CRM) solution for credit unions and community banks.

The new system, known as e.Vantage, combines the company's modeling, customer and prospect data management, and marketing services with the CRM capabilities of E-piphany E.6 system.

It allows institutions to determine the profitability of products and customers and to target market.
