HEATH, Ohio – Hopewell FCU has installed self-service coin counting machines provided by Cummins-Allison at both of its Ohio branches.
“The Money Machine is easy to work with and the uptime is fantastic,” said Jim Johnson, president of Hopewell Federal.
Since installing the self-service coin centers, Hopewell Federal Credit Union has turned a customer-centric lobby engagement activity into an opportunity to build new member accounts, the company said. The credit union promotes the kiosks as a value-added service to both business and personal accounts as a feature that can help all account holders better handle their money, and one which most competitors simply don’t offer.
The credit union also has seen a dramatic improvement in coin handling processes from a teller perspective.
