The 39 employees now working in the 16,700-square-foot building, on a 10-acre portion of the former International Paper Co. property, had been in three separate locations.
Hudson River was chartered in 1954 by a group of International Paper employees. It now serves Warren, Washington, Saratoga and Rensselaer counties and the towns of Cohoes, Watervliet and Green Island in Albany County.
