POUGHKEESPIE, N.Y. – Hudson Valley FCU, coming off a profitable 2009, said it plans to build two new branches this year.
The $2.7 billion credit union will open a branch office in the hamlet of Wallkill in July and one in Highland in October.
The former IBM employees’ credit union, which celebrated its 47th annual meeting last weekend, reported a $14.6 million net for 2009.
