Hyland To Leave ACCU For Post With Empire

Gigi Hyland, executive director of the Association of Corporate Credit Unions (ACCU) for the past five years, said she will leave the job by mid-November in order to accept a position with Empire Corporate Credit Union, Albany, N.Y. ACCU said a nationwide search is now underway to fill the post. "The groundwork Gigi has laid since 1997 in forging important relationships on behalf of the corporate network with regulators, legislators and all facets of the credit union community has been invaluable," stated Mark Schroeder, ACCU Chairman and CEO of Corporate Central CU in Wisconsin.
