FITCHBURG, Mass. – IC FCU yesterday said it is partnering with Balance Financial Fitness Program to provide its members with financial education and counseling.

Under the deal Balance, based in San Francisco, will provide money management and housing counseling, a debt-repayment plan, credit report review and a toll-free information line – all free to members.
In addition to helping members improve their financial situation, IC FCU believes the Balance partnership will result in reduced losses and an increase in member loyalty.
