Libby Calderone has been appointed president of ICUL Service Corp. (LSC), the credit union service organization of the Illinois Credit Union System.
Calderone is set to start her duties at LSC at the end of 2018, and she will report to CEO Tom Kane, who formerly served as president and CEO of LSC.

She joines LSC from $269 million-asset Earthmover Credit Union of Oswego, Ill., where she has served as president and CEO since 2007.
Calderone has also served as a board member of LSC since 2009.
“I’ve had the good fortune to know and work with Libby as an LSC partner and director for a number of years, and I’m excited to have her lead LSC,” Kane said in a statement. “Libby will be a great addition to our executive team as we work to expand our services for the benefit of credit unions.”
Kane is also president and CEO of the ICUS.
“My years as a member of the LSC board of directors and LSC partner have given me enormous trust in the organization,” Calderone stated.

A spokesperson for Earthmover CU told Credit Union Journal by email that Calderone’s replacement has not yet been selected but the board is currently developing a plan.
