ICUL Service Corp. Partners With Discover

NAPERVILLE, Ill.–ICUL Service Corporation, a CUSO of the Illinois CU League that serves 2,000 credit unions across 45 states, has entered into an issuance referral and service provider agreement with Discover Financial Services to allow its member credit unions to issue credit and debit products on the Discover Network.

“Now all credit unions regardless of size are able to diversify their portfolios and offer a choice of card brand to their members,” said George Fiegle, EVP/COO with ICUL Service Corp.
