PHOENIX, N.Y. – Liverpool FCU is taking over Empower FCU’s student-run operations at John Birdlebough High School here.

The Firebrand branch will be open on Wednesdays during the student lunch periods. Students can do basic transactions such as deposits and withdrawals at the branch.
They also can sign up for services such as home banking, direct deposit, e-statements and low balance text alerts, and can have access to free money management applications including FamilyMint and MoneyDesktop.
The branch will be accessible only to Birdlebough High students.
