FICS Improves Lending System
DALLAS-Financial Industry Computer Systems Inc. has revamped it's residential mortgage loan servicing system, Mortgage Servicer, to improve the runtime of its system and allow for increased productivity.
FICS also announced that it has added a new Mortgage Insurance interface to its residential mortgage loan origination system, Loan Producer.
The firm said the Mortgage Insurance interface enables lenders to quickly and easily submit data to receive mortgage insurance commitments and updates for primary insurance requests.

BOSTON-LendersLogic Inc. announced Coastway of Rhode Island, is now using the LendersLogic consumer direct online mortgage loan decisioning solution.

BFSFCU Selects CUMAnet
BASKING RIDGE, N.J.-Bank-Fund Staff FCU has signed with the Credit Union Mortgage Alliance Network.
BFSFCU will continue to write loans in its immediate area via their existing relationship with Mortgagebot. CUMAnet will act as its "National Mortgage Center," and handle loans for the remainder of the nation via Mortgagebot software, plus taking nationwide applications by phone.
