ANDERSON, Ind. – Independent FCU yesterday said it has signed with LEVEL5 design and build its new main office and combined retail branch.
The new main office will permit the $80 million credit union, which recently was approved for a community charter, to reach a broader membership base and better serve its 15,000 members while also positioning it for future growth.
Independent’s headquarters will be on an extremely visible corner of Scatterfield Road, one of the heaviest-traveled routes in Anderson, just down the road from the local Super Wal-Mart. The headquarters will be approximately 12,000 square feet and will feature the latest teller center technology and multi-lane drive-thrus to optimize branch efficiency and member convenience. Two-way video communication will connect drive-thru employees to members in their vehicles and provide direct face-to-face member service.
LEVEL5 is based in Atlanta.
