ODON, Ind.—Centurion FCU is set to merge with Crane FCU here, doing business as Centurion, A Branch of Crane Credit Union.

Members approved the merger in a special meeting, and the two organizations will effectively join together at close of business Sept. 18. Centurion's three branches and staff in Evansville, Ind. will continue to operate as usual under the new name.

The combined institution will serve nearly 44,000 members with more than $475 million in assets. Centurion members will have access to a variety of new services, including mobile banking with remote deposit capture, as well as shared branching access, and real estate, business and construction loans offered by Crane.

Earlier this year, Crane FCU also acquired Terre Haute-based AA FCU.
