ELIZABETHTOWN, Ky. -- iPay Technologies said yesterday it has signed with credit union processor Bradford-Scott Data Corp. to market its bill payment services to credit unions. iPay provides online bill payment services to more than 1,100 financial institutions. Bradford-Scott distributes the Sharetec System for core processing to more than 300 credit unions in Indiana.
