GOSHEN, N.Y. – A member of Valley Central FCU failed to withdraw her guilty plea and was ordered to repay the one-branch credit union $196,000 she stole in $500-a-month installments.

Authorities acknowledged the unlikelihood of being repaid by Corilynn Mullen, who is headed to prison for up to 12 years.
Mullen, 37, pleaded guilty to second degree grand larceny last year after confessing to depositing a bad check. She is facing similar check fraud charges in at least two other jurisdictions.
