BROOKFIELD, Wis.–Five British Columbia credit unions have selected iSpectrum Financial Technologies Canada, part of Fiserv Solutions of Canada Inc., a business unit of Fiserve Inc. These five credit unions are: Integris Credit Union of Prince George, Bulkley Valley Credit Union of Smithers, North Peace Savings & Credit Union of Fort. St. John, Williams Lake & District Credit Union of Williams Lake, and Spruce Credit Union of Prince George.

Mid-Illini CU Buys SEDONA System

BLOOMINGTON, Ill.–Mid-Illini CU has signed with SEDONA Corp. to implement the company’s Intarsia member relationship management system.

Mid-Illini CU is a $35-million credit union with 7,000 members.

Boeing Wichita CU Goes Mobile

WICHITA, Kan.–Boeing Wichita CU has launched its Mobile Banking Suite, which allows members to access their accounts, pay bills and transfer funds from their web-enabled cell phones.

The web-enabled mobile banking does not require users to download software to their phones.

The $560-million credit union is among the first credit unions in the area to offer mobile banking.

ECCU Implements CDC Software

BREA, Calif.–Evangelical Christian CU said it has deployed CDC Software’s Pivotal CRM for Financial Services.

The customer relationship management solution has helped the $3-billion credit union retain members and acquire new ones, while improving communications between departments.

CDC Software is a unit of Atlanta-based CDC Corp.

CUs Sign With Open Solutions

NEW HOLSTEIN, Wis.–Premier FCU has signed with Open Solutions to implement the company’s “The Complete Credit Union Solution” core processing system.

Also signing with Open Solutions were: Desertview FCU in Huntington, Utah, and Eaton County Educational CY in Charlotte, Mich.

Open Solutions is a wholly owned subsidiary of private equity fund The Carlyle Group.

CU Implements TotaleAtlasWeb

HARVEY, La.–Jefferson Financial CU, located just outside New Orleans, where members were left service-less after Hurricane Katrina, has signed with Integrated Media Management to install the company’s TotaleAtlasWeb to help prepare it for future disasters.

The system will allow the credit union to take advantage of remote signature capture and secure document delivery during disasters, as well as to better market and attract today’s younger generation, which prefers to do financial business via the Internet.

TotaleAtlasWeb captures end-users’ digital signatures via the Web anywhere, any time, and enables completed documents to be securely delivered to the credit union for archival as a non-editable document. The solution is an extension of TotaleAtlas, a document preparation engine that electronically captures signatures in-branch and merges the XML data with secure PDF formats that are easily retrievable with IMM’s search feature.
