COSTA MESA, Calif.-MeridianLink was rated as having the highest rate of satisfaction among the employees at Sun Federal Credit Union. An annual survey conducted by the Toledo, Ohio-based credit union found that employees were more productive and able to perform their work with greater ease as a result of the deployment of MeridianLink's LoansPQ Enterprise system.
The results of the survey showed that of all the technology currently in use at Sun Federal, MeridianLink's LoansPQ Enterprise system was rated as having the highest level of comfort by CU staff, with a 94% approval. LoansPQ Enterprise handles many credit union activities, including new account creation, loan booking and loan disbursement.

Pay By Touch Teams With eBank
LUBBOCK, Texas-Biometric payments vendor Pay By Touch and eBank Systems, Inc. announced the formation of a reseller agreement. Under the alliance, eBank will market and sell Pay By Touch's Paycheck Secure service to its existing customer base of more than 30 community banks and financial institutions as well as new prospects.
Paycheck Secure, powered by Pay By Touch, lets people cash checks using a simple finger scan to authenticate their identity. Already, more than 3 million consumers are using Paycheck Secure in 2,000 retail locations across 41 states.

Fair Isaac Markets Fraud Protection
