Digital Dialogue Honors CUs
LAS VEGAS-Digital Dialogue recently presented USA FCU, San Diego, Calif. with the call center "Innovation Award" and Silver State Schools CU, Las Vegas, Nev. with the "Leadership Award" for their use of the Financial Service Centers Cooperative's Custom Call Center Outlet services. The awards were presented at the Awards Luncheon held during FSCC's Annual Shared Branching Convention.
Digital Dialogue was also recognized with FSCC's "Outstanding Performance Award." FSCC honored Digital Dialogue for its long-standing commitment to the shared branch network. FSCC partnered with Digital Dialogue in 2003 to provide FSCC credit unions with call center and custom call center solutions.

Postilion Joins SymConnect Interface
ATLANTA-Postilion announced Postilion's participation in the Symitar Vendor Integration Program. Officials said membership in the program enables Postilion to work directly with SymConnect to integrate Postilion solutions with Symitar's Episys core processing system. Symitar said CUs benefit from the integration by being able to utilize Postilion's online Cash Management solution. Postilion will be at the Symitar Education Conference, Sept. 11-14 at the Manchester Grand Hyatt Hotel in San Diego.

fiVISION Partners with IMM
INDIANAPOLIS-fiVISION partnered with Integrated Media Management (IMM), which specializes in document output management and automation technology. Officials said the partnership allows credit unions to use IMM's TotaleAtlas document presentment application to seamlessly produce documents with data driven from fiVISION's memberWORKS Relationship Management suite.
TotaleAtlas is a browser-based document presentment application. XML data from memberWORKS is merged with the documents and presented to the user.

Northwest Selects Symitar
MONETT, Miss.-Jack Henry Associates Inc. announced that Northwest Corporate FCU has contracted with Symitar for core data processing. Northwest Corporate FCU has been using Symitar's corporate data processing solution through U.S. Central Federal Credit Union for more than two years. U.S. Central Federal Credit Union previously offered corporate credit unions an Episys-based system as a core processing platform but elected to discontinue providing these data processing services.
