FIS Teams Up With MaPS

JACKSONVILLE, Fla.-Fidelity National Information Services Inc. announced that MaPS Credit Union of Salem, Ore., signed a multiyear contract for credit and debit card processing, as well as multiple services that include FIS' new Portfolio Management Analysis. Serving more than 37,000 members in Marion and Polk counties with seven full-service branches, MaPS has more than $250 million in assets.

The $250-million, 37,000-member CU will leverage FIS ScoreCard, a comprehensive loyalty and rewards program. FIS' new Portfolio Management Analysis service and many other offerings.

Symitar Signs 500th Client

MONETT, Miss.-Jack Henry Associates Inc. announced that Symitar, its subsidiary that provides credit unions with software systems and related services, has signed its 500th Episys client. California-based Technology Credit Union (Tech CU), which is among the top one% of the nation's largest credit unions with approximately $1.3 billion in assets and more than 76,000 members, will install the Episys core processing platform in-house.

Metavante Partners With eCom

MILWAUKEE-Metavante Corp. announced Corporate Network eCom (eCom) has named Metavante its provider of online bill payment solutions and will resell Metavante's entire electronic presentment and payment solution. eCom, a credit union service organization, is a majority-owned subsidiary of U.S. Central Corporate FCU.

Created to provide online bill payment solutions exclusively to corporate CUs and their member credit unions, eCom will convert its more than 200 existing credit unions to Metavante online bill payment solutions in 2008.
