New Online Tool Introduced
GRAND RAPIDS, Mich.-CU*Answers is introducing a new online tool for its member credit unions aimed at managing business accounts. The new Teller Receipt Analysis, incorporated into the CUSO's online banking solution, shows summary totals and detail for common receipt line items, including checks in, cash in, cash back, advances, forwarded funds, deposits and withdrawals. The feature is available with the monthly e-commerce fee charged to member credit unions; there is no additional charge.

Xtend-ing Aid To IBM Metro ECU
GRAND RAPIDS, Mich.- Xtend CUSO's Xtension Call Center successfully aided the IBM Metro Employees Credit Union after a damaging fire by taking over inbound member service calls just 20 minutes after the facility was scorched. The call center's assistance allowed the CU to relocate to another building and serve its members with minimal disruption.

3 CUs Tap IMM's TotaleChecks
LINDEN, N.J.-Three credit unions have signed a deal with Integrated Media Management to install its TotaleChecks solution, which eliminates the need for those institutions to store and manage preprinted checks. Velocity, CitizensFirst and Oklahoma Central credit unions bring the total number of institutions using the TotaleChecks solution to 172.
