Lender*VP Offers 'Tune Ups'

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich.-Lender*VP, CU*Answers division of Lending Experts announced a series of "Tune-Ups" designed to help CUs harness the power of the CUSO's tools to boost income, cut costs, and save staff time. The "5,000 mile tune up" is free for CU*BASE users and includes a phone consultation with a Lender*VP staff member who will identify areas of improvement in the CU's lending department. The "25,000" and "50,000 mile" tune-ups include training visits and on-site implementation.

NGN Counts 1,000 CUs

ATLANTA-At least 1,000 credit unions are now part of CO-OP's Next Generation Network, the switch that makes shared branching possible. 80% of credit unions on CO-OP's shared branching network use the NGN platform. With 3,600 locations, CO-OP's shared branching network ranks fourth in branches behind Wells Fargo, Bank of America and JPMorgan Chase.

Certified FCU Selects Harland

COMMERCE, Calif.-Certified FCU here has signed a deal with Lake Mary, Fla.-based Harland Financial Solutions to utilize the software services providers' UltraData Enterprise core system. More than 30 UltraData clients have renewed their contracts in the past year, including $2.8 billion in assets Teachers FCU in Farmingville, N.Y. the company said.
