LANSING, Mich. - (04/05/06) -- State Employees CU, one of thestate's largest credit unions, announced it has changed its name toNuUnion CU. Signs at the 54-year-old credit union's 14 offices werechanged Monday to reflect the name moniker. Officials at the $780million credit union said the old name no longer reflects itsmembership, as only 20% of members are employed by the state.NuUnion CU has launched a print, television, radio and billboardcampaign to promote the new name.
