MONETT, Mo. - (01/06/05) -- Credit union outsourcer Jack Henry& Associates continued its acquisition binge with an agreementto acquire RPM Inteligence LLC, a provider of profitabilitysoftware doing business as Stratika. Minneapolis-based Stratika'sflagship product, RPM, helps financial institutions increaserevenues, contain costs and improve profits by calculatingprofitability from individual product and customer levels to theinstitutional level. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. It wasthe night acquisition for Jack Henry over the past year.
