LOWELL, Mass. – Jeanne D’Arc CU is launching its second MoneyStrong For Life Challenge, a savings contest which will see four families competing for a $7,500 grand prize.

The $950-million credit union is now accepting applications for families to compete in the nine-month savings challenge, during which families will strive to reduce their debt, increase savings and make better decisions with their money.
The families will be provided with one-on-one coaching from experts at the credit union, as well as online tools and financial education.
Community members will be able to follow the families’ progress online.
The winners will earn a $7,500 cash prize and the other competitors will each earn $2,500.
