WATERLOO, Iowa – Veridian CU, the one-time John Deere employees’ credit union, announced the retirement of DeLon Gobeli from its board, after 38 years of volunteer service.
Gobeli, who retired from John Deere Engine Works in 1999 after 32 years of service, served as chair on all committees. Gobeli also was an officer of the Black Hawk CU Chapter for more than 25 years, and a board member for the Iowa CU Family Involvement Board for more than 28 years.
