LIHUE, Kauai, Hawaii – Kaua’i Government Employees’ FCU has joined the CO-OP Network from CO-OP Financial Services.

The credit union said it did so because many of its members travel to neighboring islands and to the mainland and frequently must access ATMs. CO-OP Network will offer the credit union’s members access to more than 28,000 surcharge-free ATMs. The $80-million CU also hopes to “reach more of our island’s youth attending college or residing elsewhere,” said CEO Corinne King.
