(the samecommunity granted in 1999 to Network FCU); School Employees of CNYFCU, Syracuse, N.Y., to cover 660,000 residents of Onondaga,Caygua, Madison, Oswego and Cortland counties in New York; BellFCU, Omaha, Neb., to include 600,000 residents in three counties;Columbia Teachers FCU, Columbia, S.C., to encompass 580,000residents of Fairfield, Lexington, Newberry and Richland countiesin South Carolina; JSC FCU, Clear Lake City, Texas, to include560,000 residents of in the multi-county Clear Lake-NASA region ofeast Texas; LANCO FCU, Lancaster, Pa., to include 450,000 residentsof Lancaster County, Pa.
