MADISON, Wis. - (02/16/06) Linda Johnson, the wife of CUESPresident/CEO Fred Johnson, has died from complications of lungcancer. A memorial service is being held Friday. In addition toFred, Linda is survived by four sons: Rob, Pat, Andy and Jake, andtwo granddaughters, Samantha and Amanda Johnson. A non-smoker, Ms.Johnson was among the 10%-15% of non-smokers who are diagnosed withlung cancer. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations bemade to the Linda Aplas Johnson Memorial Lung Cancer Hope Fund withproceeds benefitting the Creating Hope Lung Cancer Campaign, atUniversity of Wisconsin Foundation, U.S. Bank Lockbox, P.O.
