ALEXANDRIA, Va. - (06/19/06) NCUA announced Friday it hasbarred from the credit union industry Jean Mohney, formeroperations specialist and loan officer at Desert Medical FCU forstealing more than $360,000 from the Scottsdale, Ariz., creditunion. Mohney was convicted of theft and placed on five yearsprobation and ordered to pay $364,263 in restitution. NCUA alsobarred Cheryle Dutton, former manager of NORTEX FCU, Gainesville,Texas; and Joan Beseler, former president of First HialeahCommunity FCU, Hialeah, Fla., from the credit unionindustry.
