Longtime CEO of NuMark Credit Union retires

Ann Dubie has retired as president and CEO of NuMark Credit Union in Joliet, Ill.

According to her LinkedIn profile, Dubie stepped down in March. The $500 million-asset credit union did not immediately identify Dubie's successor or say when the transition happened.

Among the highlights of her 20 years at the helm of NuMark, Dubie oversaw the credit union's merger with NorthStar Credit Union in Warrenville, Ill., which took effect Jan. 1. During her tenure with NuMark, the credit union received multiple state and national awards including the Credit Union National Association’s Dora Maxell Community Service Award and Desjardins Financial Literacy Award.

During her 40 year career in the industry, Dubie served on the board of the Illinois Credit Union Foundation, as well as on an advisory board for the Credit Union National Association.

NuMark earnings grew to $5.4 million in 2020, compared with $3.2 million the year before, according to call report data from the National Credit Union Administration. Charge-offs fell to nearly $1.1 million in 2020 compared to $1.3 million in 2019.
