INDIANAPOLIS – With the launch of a new website on Feb. 5 and a conference in place for May in Palm Desert, Calif., the Marketing Association of Credit Unions (MAC) said it has reason to feel upbeat about 2010.
As with many trade organizations last year, MAC opted to postpone its 2009 conference, which was slated for San Antonio. In its place, MAC hosted a “Virtual Conference,” a series of online sessions over the three days originally set aside for the event.
The new website [www.macnetwork.org], created by San Diego-based AdEase agency, features a “vibrant” homepage showcasing new technologies and resources, MAC said.
Features include a live Twitter feed of MAC members, a one-click survey and real-time peek into what’s going on with MAC’s message board.
