CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa - (01/28/05) -- A local man walked into the policestation and turned himself in for a pair of robberies at IowaCommunity CU. The man, identified as Jason Winters, 30, confessedto the Jan. 12 and Jan. 20 robberies at the credit union. A secondman believed to be his accomplice, Randy Copenhaver, of CedarRapids, is also being held for the crimes.
