DOVER, Del. - (01/27/06) A former general manager atDover Spanish-American FCU agreed Wednesday to serve three yearsprobation and repay $20,000 she stole from dormant accounts at thecredit union. Yvis Rosario, 34, admitted no wrongdoing to beaccepted into a pre-trial intervention program for first-timeoffenders. If she repays the money within the three years ofprobation and completes 50 hours of community service, the theftcharge will be dismissed.
