Dunn, who has been with CUNA for nearly three decades, will assist on an interim basis assisting as the association's advocacy team searches for new members. That process is already underway.

"Her expertise, commitment to excellence and determination on behalf of credit unions are well known and we wish her all the best as she pursues new opportunities," CUNA Chief Operating Officer Rich Meade wrote in an email.

The announcement of Dunn’s departure from CUNA comes just two months after the trade group announced a major restructuring, eliminating some positions and realigning some divisions of the organization.
