MECHANICSBURG, Penn. – Members 1st FCU was mourning the death of Martin Ripson, its former manager who served the past 22 years there as a Notary Public and in charge of the Senior Citizens Corner, at 89.

Ripson, a World War II veteran, became general manager of what then was known as Naval Supply Depot FCU in 1962.
