KENNESAW, Ga. - (07/26/05) -- MicroBilt Corp., the producer of theCreditCommander.com line of credit data systems, said it has agreedto acquire Profit Systems Software, a Roseburg, Ore.-based providerof credit retrieval software. MicroBilt will offer enhanced creditretrieval services to Profit Systems' 19,000 clients, providingthem Internet access to all credit bureaus, plus additionalservices like skip tracing, public record confirmations, identityverification and employment screening. Terms of the deal were notdisclosed. Profit Systems also processes and posts rare historicaldocuments on the Internet through 1st-hand-history.org, anon-profit organization.
