HARRISBURG, Pa. – Michael Judge, who served as president of the Pennsylvania CU League (now Association) from 1966-91, died March 9, at 80. Judge was an active leader at both the state and national levels, leading the effort to win share draft powers for credit unions, among many other accomplishments and was the 1998 winner of the Herb Wegner Memorial Award forLifetime Achievement.
