MISSOULA, Mont.–Missoula FCU has created a “Hellgate Girls Fund” to help the families of four Hellgate High School freshmen who were struck by an allegedly drunken driver.
Two of the girls were killed in the accident, while the other two remain hospitalized. The credit union said the tax-deductible donations will help the victims’ families pay for funeral and medical expenses.
Killed were Ashley Patenaude, 14, and Taylor Cearley, 15. David James DelSignore, 29, has been charged yesterday with two counts of vehicular homicide while under the influence, and two counts of negligent vehicular assault.
