BERKELEY, Calif. - Internet start-up Mobile Candy Dish Inc. yesterday announced a deal to offer its wireless mobile payment system via a MasterCard debit card.

The partnership with CardMarte will incorporate Mobile Candy Dish's patent-pending technology to allow consumers to use their mobile devices for everything from paying bills to buying movie tickets to withdrawing cash from an ATM.
Consumers will be able to receive a full transaction history from their mobile devices. The Mobile Candy Dish Private Label Prepaid MasterCard is issued by MetaBank under a license with MasterCard.
