Mosaic Adds 27 Users; Intro's Wireless Wallet

Mosaic Software, a processing solutions provider, announced it has added 27 new customers at the inaugural meeting of the Postilion User Group for the Americas and Caribbean. The announcement brings to the company's number of clients to 135 in 34 countries.

"We are extremely pleased with the growth of Mosaic Software during the past 12 months," commented Johann Dreyer, CEO at Mosaic Software. "It is a great achievement for any company to grow the size of its customer base by more than 25% in today's market, as we have." Mosaic Software is a global EFT company with offices in the United States, the UK, South Africa, and Australia and operations in more than 30 countries.

Separately, Mosaic announced that its Postilion solution now includes a Wireless Wallet interface, available from Boston Communications Group, Inc. Boston Communications is a provider of transaction processing solutions for real-time wireless subscriber management, payment services, billing and customer care.

Postilion is a Windows 2000-based EFT system that processes transactions from a wide range of devices and systems, including ATMs, POS, kiosks and mobile devices. Postilion routes those transactions to multiple end-points such as EFT networks and card issuers for payment authorization, and connects to prepaid platforms-such as that offered by-to recharge prepaid wireless accounts. "By using the Wireless Wallet interface, ATM deployers can quickly tap into the fast-growing trend for consumers to prepay their wireless service at ATMs and improve the profitability and appeal of their ATMs over other ATMs in their market," the company said.
