PALO ALTO, Calif. – Mobile banking provider MShift said yesterday it is partnering with RDM Corp. to provide remote deposit capture over Mshift’s mobile banking applications for the iPhone and Android platforms.
Integrating RDM's RDC capability with a mobile banking application like MShift enables individuals to deposit checks with their SmartPhones. The applications enable consumers to deposit a check whenever or wherever they receive it without having to wait till they can stop by a credit union branch or ATM.
MShift technology enables mobile banking through multiple delivery channels, the mobile web, downloadable applications for the iPhone and Android platforms, as well as text/SMS banking.
